About Billy
Billy describes himself as a "thinking coach." He assists businesses and individuals by coaching and improving their thinking and performance using his ROTAR Discipline, which is an attention-directing framework for thinking, questioning, taking action and reflection.
Often described by his clients as having the ability to provoke and challenge their conventional thinking by reducing the complexity of everyday challenges to manageable chunks.
Billy is the owner of MetaThink and his qualifications include a master's and doctorate in marketing amongst others. He has also been involved in coaching in Action Learning through his association with Business School Netherlands for more than 12 years.
He has extensive experience as a coach and facilitator of Action Learning workshops and as a lecturer in marketing at both undergraduate and post-graduate (MBA) level for more than 25 years on a part-time basis.
Billy is a certified Action Learning Coach through the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL).
Billy is also a director of Business School Netherlands' South African operation - a sister company of BSN Nederland, a fully accredited University of Applied Sciences based in Buren, Holland.
Billy's other passion resides in writing and research and he is a director of FutureThink, a company that specialises in online research …………with a difference!
